I saw that this question was asked a week ago but need confirmation. I recently visited Toby's on the 26th and I overheard the owner saying he'll be there until the end of the month? Does anyone know if he really closed or not?

Not closed just under new ownership. Toby's is still going to be open.

not as of a few weeks ago same guy was there
